La qualité principale de Anne est le people management : la gestion des émotions, des sensibilités et des egos. Anne gère tout ça de mains de maître. Son autre qualité est de toujours chercher et de trouver la solution la plus efficace dans la gestion du traffic planning. Et c'est pas une mince affaire. Elle gère son stress et celui des autres avec beaucoup de psychologie. Et elle sait de quoi elle parle, en création, production et art buying... Ses expériences multiples et complémentaires ajoutées à son expérience humaine en font une perle rare dans le métier.

Anne était celle qui fait que tout le travail tienne sur une semaine de temps, qui a réussi à intercaler les imprévus comme si ils étaient prévus, qui a su nous faire part de tout ce qui aurait pu passer sous le radar, mais qui n'a pas échappé à ses capacités de traffic manager affutée et expérimentée. Elle a toujours été à l'écoute pour faire en sorte que l'équilibre entre ce que ses collègues peuvent encaisser, et ce que nos clients attendent soit bien gardé. Anne est une collègue extrêmement impliquée et qui sait vous le montrer à sa manière, en rajoutant par exemple un petit bloc dans le planning afin de respirer un peu après les réunions les plus stressantes. Elle fait partie des personnes essentielles dans une agence, sans qui rien ne se serait passé comme ça s'est passé, et qui en plus, saura mobiliser son réseau de connaissances si un collaborateur externe était nécessaire pour mener un projet à bien.

This girl is a real treat to work with. She knows exactly where to find the right people for each project and she gave me the opportunity to be the best possible version of myself during the past seven years. I enjoyed working with Anne, as a Traffic Planner, at 2 occasions. She helped organizing our department to be more effective on a day to day level. Also her inter-personal skills are very useful. And she did all this with enthusiasm, energy and a big smile.
